PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive antidazzle reflection preventing film having sufficient reflection preventing performance, resistance to scratch and an antifouling property and further generating little chrominance non- uniformity. SOLUTION: In an optical film having an antidazzle hard coat layer on a triacetyl cellulose film formed with a plural layers co-casting method of triacetyl cellulose dope prepared by dissolving triacetyl cellulose in a solvent and a low refractive index layer with 1.38-1.49 refractive index on the antidazzle hard coat layer, the antidazzle reflection preventing film is characterized by making the antidazzle hard coat layer include particles with 1.0-10.0 μm average particle diameter, by making the low refractive index layer include a fluorine containing compound made by cross-linking with heat or with ionizing radiation, having 0.03-0.15 coefficient of dynamic friction and further having 90-120 deg. contact angle with water and inorganic particulates and by making the optical film have 3.0-20.0% haze and <=1.8% average reflectance in 450-650 nm. |
