STEAM EJECTOR FOR EVACUATION AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high efficiency of the exhaust capacity in a steam ejector for evacuation using steam as a hydraulic fluid. SOLUTION: This steam ejector is characterized by varying a position of a steam nozzle for blowing the steam into the ejector to a throat part of a diffuser of the ejector. A seal device for keeping a vacuum is arranged between the steam nozzle and a suction chamber of the ejector.
