摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and rationally construct a building which employs a stress transmission device having a pin mechanism, by adopting an inverted construction method. SOLUTION: According to the construction method, a column 7 is formed by interposing the stress transmission device 5 between a lower end 7b and an upper end 7a of the column 7. While the column 7 is erected in the ground G, a foundation pile 2 is set below the same by uniting with the lower end 7b of the column 7, and it is borne by the upper end 7a of the column 7, to thereby construct a floor structure of a building. Thereafter, the ground below the floor structure is excavated, and a building skeleton is formed in the excavated ground. Herein the stress transmission device 5 should be one that includes mutually displaceable lower member and upper member. When the column 7 is erected, the lower member and the upper member are fixed to each other by means of a fastening bolt, and after the construction of the floor structure, the fixture of the members by the fastening bolt is released.
