PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application pad which is easy to attach to and remove from various types of equipment and materials and, at the same time, absorbs grease from the hands and perspiration and enables its reuse by repeated washing when soiled, and provide a method for manufacturing the pat. SOLUTION: The application pad is obtained by integrally attaching a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 composed of a silicone rubber to one surface of a sheet base material 1 composed of a cloth. The method for manufacturing the same comprises uniformly coating an uncured silicone rubber solution on a release sheet 3, laminating a cloth on the silicone rubber coated surface of the release sheet 3, and then curing the silicone rubber.
