PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating for inside correction of welded can excellent in combination of coating operability, corrosion-resistance, adhesion, workability, and hygienic characteristic, and preventing thin walling of resin film at the shoulder on the weld as well as an embedding of resin to a dent of difference on the weld effectively filling up without causing defects such as producing air bubbles or blister. SOLUTION: The coating for inside correction of welded can is characterized by containing (A) and (B) by the weight ratio 90:10 or 60:40, and (C) an antifoaming agent, (D) thixotropic agent and (E) solvent. Wherein, (A) means a polyester resin whose glass transition point (Tg) is in the range of 10-50 deg.C and number average molecular weight (Mn) is in the range of 10,000-20,000, and (B) means a thermosetting resin.
