PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make only a display element transportable by making it possible to separate the sheet-like display element having magnetic particles from a driving part for generating a magnetic field. SOLUTION: The sheet-like display element 2 having a minute display element 6, which is made by distinguishing ferromagnetic rotation particulates 5 into plural colors and magnetizing them, providing them with a rotational function, and arraying them on a transparent supporting body 7, is separately mounted on a display control device 3 for generating a magnetic field, and thus the picture is displayed.
