PURPOSE: A transmitting and receiving beam shaper for a base station is provided to perform a telephone conversion with high quality and transmit high-speed data by generating a narrow beam RF(Radio Frequency) signal of 16 sectors using a butler matrix. CONSTITUTION: 8 amplifiers(110) amplify signals of each sector risen as an RF in a transceiver of a base station. 8 butler matrixes(120) receive the signals of each sector through the 8 amplifiers(110), change phases of the received signals to corresponding phases, and form narrow beams. 8 transmission BPFs(Band Pass Filters)(130) filter the narrow beams outputted from the 8 butler matrixes(120). 8 transmission antennas(140) radiate the signals outputted from the BPFs(130) to the direction of the base station of each sector. |
