PURPOSE: A simultaneous service method in a mobile communication system is provided to simultaneously offer an other service additionally requested from an MS(Mobile Station) without stopping a previously used service by adding an SOCI(Service Option Connection Identifier) on an exchanged IOS(Inter-Operability Specification) message of an upper layer except for an SCCP SLR/DLR(Source Reference Number/Destination Reference Number) and transmitting the added IOS message. CONSTITUTION: If setting request to a new service exists from an MS(S30), a BSC(Base Station Controller) judges whether the service requested from the MS is a primary service to the MS(S31). If the service requested from the MS is the primary service, the BSC assigns an SCCP SLR/DLR for the new service and an SOCI of the MS(S32) and sets an SCCP logic connection with an MSC(Mobile Switching Center(S33)). The BSC and the MSC exchange a message suitable for a call process procedure through the set SCCP logic connection. If the service requested from the MS is not the primary service, the BSC assigns an SOCI classified with a conventional service using the conventionally set SCCP logic connection(S34). The BSC and the MSC exchange a message suitable for a call process procedure(S35).
