摘要 PURPOSE: A digital X-ray image detector is provided to overcome difficulty of manufacture of an X-ray receptor and a problem due to impression of high-voltage by using organic conductive polymer layer as the X-ray receptor. CONSTITUTION: An image detector comprises an insulating printed circuit board(100); a first electrode layer(400); an organic conductive polymer layer(200); a second electrode layer(300); a fluorescent layer(500); and a readout device. The insulating printed circuit board(100) is a physical supportive body. The first electrode layer is an electric charge collecting electrode formed on the printed circuit board. The organic conductive polymer layer is formed on the first electrode layer to generate electron-hole pairs by radiation or visible ray. The second electrode layer is formed on the organic conductive polymer layer. The fluorescent layer is placed on the second electrode layer or under the printed circuit board. The readout device is a thin film transistor(TFT) panel(150) or a passive matrix panel connected with the first electrode layer to detect electric visual signal generated by the radiation in the organic conductive polymer layer.
