PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave-absorbing silicone rubber composition having high electromagnetic wave-absorbing performance, excellent processability and flexibility and further to provide the composition having high electromagnetic wave-absorbing performance and high thermal conduction performance, excellent processability and flexibility. SOLUTION: The composition is characterized by containing a soft magnetism powder and any one surface treating agent of (a) an organopolysiloxane containing at least one silicon atom-bonded alkoxy group, silicon atom-bonded hydroxyl group or functional organic group in a molecule, (b) a titanate coupling agent or (c) an aluminum coupling agent. |
