PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for ink-jet recording, capable of expressing high- performed printing even on a recording paper having low paper quality such as an ordinary paper, a regenerated paper or the like, and is, also, excellent in storage stability without causing any troubles arising from propagating microbes such as fungus, etc. SOLUTION: A composition of the water-based ink is prepared by finely dispersing a copolymerized polyester resin composition containing ionic groups, which is colored with an oil-soluble pigment, into an aqueous medium and 0.005-1.0 wt.% an antibacterial antifungal agent represented by general formula 1 is contained in it. |
