PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation sensitive composition for color liquid crystal display device, which is used for forming a colored layer on a driving substrate of a thin film transistor(TFT) color liquid crystal display device without causing any display defect due to malfunction on a part to which voltage is not applied, and to provide the color liquid crystal display device provided with pixels formed of the composition. SOLUTION: The composition is characterized by containing a coloring agent (A), an alkali soluble resin (B), a polyfunctional monomer (C) and a photopolymerization initiator (D) and by having the colored layer, formed of the radiation sensitive composition, with >=1012 Ωcm volume resistivity. The color liquid crystal display device is provided with the colored layer formed of the composition. |
