PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo vehicle capable of quickly transferring a cargo vehicle to a normal traveling condition even in a case when a driver is part from a step part. SOLUTION: When a pallet truck is decelerated (YES in S1), a traveling speed V of the pallet truck is reduced less than a reference value VL (YES in S5) and a decelerating condition is released (S4). The pallet truck gets into the state to be normally traveled, and in this condition, a driver can operate the pallet truck, for example, in a walking state.
