PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the cedar bark, and to realize a building panel good for the health of residents. SOLUTION: In a building panel 1 formed by fitting a surface plate 11 and a back plate 12 to both surfaces of quadrilateral frameworks 13 and 14, inside of a space surrounded by the surface plate 11 and the back plate 12 of the frameworks is filled with the heat insulating material 15 obtained by cutting and compressing the bark.
