PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experiencing system for indoor ventilation or indoor lighting which enables a person planning to build a house to make a plan to build the house while experiencing the environment of an area planned to build the house reproduced from a meteorological observation data base. SOLUTION: The experiencing systems 21 and 31 for the indoor ventilation or indoor lighting are constituted to be activated by air blasting means 25 to the state corresponding to wind characteristic data in order to enable the person for experiencing to experience the wind characteristics and sunshine of the selected area within an experiencing room 41 which is a pseudo house. The room is designed to be irradiated by irradiation means 34 to the state corresponding to sunshine data.
