PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive endless belt, which is a resin film belt used for image forming devices of a tandem system, an intermediate transfer system and a tandem intermediate transfer system and has proper strength, more particularly proper bending durability and creep resistance and further dimensional stability and an image forming device having the same. SOLUTION: The conductive endless belt for transfer and transport of the tandem system in which a recording medium held by electrostatic attraction is driven cyclically by a drive member and is transported to four kinds of image forming bodies; and respective toner images are successively transferred to the recording medium, is formed by using a polymer alloy composed of thermoplastic polyalkylene naphthalate resin, thermoplastic polyalkylene naphthalate resin and a thermoplastic resin or a polymer blend, composed of the thermoplastic polyalkylene naphthalate resin and the thermoplastic resin.
