SOLUTION: The shape of a tensile piece 18 is laterally asymmetry about a straight line A which connects a load point 15c of a lever 15 with a load application point 19b of a load receiving part 19 and is deformed along the straight line A. The tensile piece 18 comprises a first part 31 extending downward from the load point 15c of the lever 15, a second part 32 extending in both directions, orthogonal each other, from the lower end of the first part 31, a third part 33 extending downward from one end of the second part 32, a fourth part 34 extending diagonally on the straight line A side from the lower end of the third part 33, and a fifth part 35 extending downward from the lower end of the fourth part 34, while the first part 31 and the fifth part 35 are arranged on the straight line A. When the load receiving part 19 receives a load F, the third - fifth parts 33-35 deform to prevent the first and second parts 31 and 32 from deforming.
