PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working environment by mostly eliminating suction noise generated at an air suction opening communicating with an engine to further reduce noise around a rolling stock comparing with that of a conventional one and also reducing noise affecting a worker. SOLUTION: An air suction opening 16a of a suction duct 16 is provided in the opening of a discharge port 18. Thereby, noise generated at the suction opening 16a is offset by noise generated at the time when air which is taken from an outdoor air intake port 17 into an engine chamber 9 is discharged from the discharge port 18.
