A system for transferring video data includes a difference detector for detecting difference information between current field information and preceding field information obtained from an entered interlaced video signal, and an interpolator for generating current display frame information by interpolation based upon the current field information with regard to an area in which a difference value between the fields exceeds a predetermined threshold value. The interframe difference between the current display frame information and preceding display frame information is detected by the difference detector, and only the interframe difference is transferred to a system bus so that a frame display is presented on non-interlacing display means.
