PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor temperature-regulating device that has less consumption energy, low noise, and small environmental load by utilizing the space of a roof section of a house or the like. SOLUTION: A first air passage for circulating the fresh air to the roof section of the house and a second air passage for circulating indoor air are divided by a partition wall that is a heating medium. A water-retention section is formed on a surface at the first passage side of the partition wall. In the case of cooling, water is sprinkled to the surface of the water-retention section, and water is evaporated by the fresh air for circulating the first passage. The partition wall is cooled by vaporization heat at that time, and indoor air circulating in the second air passage is cooled. In the case of heating, the first passage is developed, sunlight is directly applied to the water-retention section for heating the partition wall. |
