PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device of a car body allowing suppression of vibration of a car body mount mounting point without degrading comfortableness or maneuverability of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This mounting device comprises a metallic conical body 15a fixed to a car frame 16, a damping rubber 13 of which lower half part is cured and adhered to the inside of the conical body 15a, a metallic guide cylinder 3 that penetrates through the damping rubber 13 to make the upper and flange 2 abut on the lower surface of a mounting support plate 12 joined to a floor plate 6a of the car body 6, a storing cylinder 5 formed integrally with a lower end flange 4 of the guide cylinder 3, and a spring 17 of which upper end is grabbed between a seat plate 8 supported by a nut 9 at the lower end of a bolt 7 penetrating through the mounting support plate 12 and the storing cylinder 5 and the lower end flange 4, and a balance weight 18 stored in the storing cylinder 5 and joined to the lower end of the spring 17.
