PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety to transmit useful information in a system in which an on-vehicle terminal performs information exchange with an information storage and provision center. SOLUTION: A center side 100 is provided with means 120, 130, 140 for processing and storing information transmitted from the on-vehicle terminal to a means 110 when the classification of the on-vehicle terminal 200 is judged and the contents 130 of a description manner response to the classification are transmitted. The on-vehicle terminal side 200 is provided with means 220, 250 analyzing contents transmitted from the center side, automatically transmitting sensor information in response to the contents and transmitting information input from a user. |
