PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a vehicle to make super-pivotal brake turn without causing the operator to have a sense of incompatibility. SOLUTION: When an operating means 1 is turned toward the first operation range H1, the first actuator 56b is driven while the second actuator 56a is stopped to cause the vehicle to make pivotal brake turn in the direction CR1. If the amount of operation exceeds a certain value S while the operating means 1 is held to the side with the first operation range H1, the second actuator 56a is driven in the opposite direction to the direction in which the first 56b is driven to cause the vehicle to make super-pivotal brake turn. When the operating means 1 is turned toward the second operation range H2, the second actuator 56a is driven while the first actuator 56b is stopped so that the vehicle makes pivotal brake turn in the direction CR2. If the amount of operation exceeds the specified value S while the operating means 1 is held to the side with the second operation range H2, the first actuator 56b is driven in the opposite direction to the direction in which the second 56a is driven to cause the vehicle to make super-pivotal brake turn.
