PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land formation work rolling control system and a land formation work rolling control method capable of controlling the number of three dimensional rollings including the height in a rolling area even in the sloped filling ground. SOLUTION: The rolling area 4 is divided into three dimensional block areas D based on a processing result of GPS position measuring data, at the same time, a moving locus of a rolling machine calculates the number of times passing through the three dimensional block areas D, and the number of times is used as the number of rolling times to carry out rolling work by the rolling machine. By the constitution, a rolling state (the number of rolling times) of the rolling machine in the three dimensional block areas D is three dimensionally grasped, and three dimensional rolling times can be controlled even in the sloped filling ground.
