PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform holder, capable of suppressing variations in the amount of grease applied to a track face of an outer ring, when the holder is installed in a ball bearing that uses grease for lubrication. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped ball holder 1 and a flat section 2 are disposed alternately along the direction of the periphery. The ball holder 1 is protruded expansively to both sides of the direction of the axis, from the flat section 2. Walls 3a, 3b, extending to both sides in the direction of the axis, are formed at the side edge of an outer ring of the flat section 2.
