PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk holder which can stably and easily receive and hold various kinds of disks which are thin and have a center hole to prevent them from accidentally dropping. SOLUTION: The disk holder 13 comprises a surface sheet 14 and a rear sheet 15 made of a plastic sheet, which are laminated while two adjacent sides (16 and 17) are closed. A cut 19 having a width narrower than a diameter of a center hole B of a disk A is provided from the approximate center of the surface sheet 14 toward a corner 18 where the two closed sides intersect with each other, thereby forming a locking piece 20. The locking piece 20 of the surface sheet 14 is inserted into the center hole B of the disk A which is located between the surface sheet 14 and the rear sheet 15, so that the disk A can be prevented from dropping.
