PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a transmission type X-ray lens not requiring high accuracy with complexity by reconsidering in drilling a circular hole in the lens material for shortening the focus distance of the X-ray lens. SOLUTION: The provided production method of the X-ray lens 1 has the first process for providing a liquid 5 layer on the surface 2a of a first substrate 2 having a flat surface 2a, the second process for arranging in parallel a plurality of pipe shape lens members 4 along an axis extending to the direction parallel to the flat surface 2a on the liquid layer 5, and the third process for pinching a plurality of the pipe shape lens members 4 with a surface 3a of the second substrate 3 having a flat surface 3a and the flat surface 2a of the first substrate and for charging liquid 5 in the space formed with the outer surface of the pipe shape lens members 4 and the flat surface 2a of the first substrate or the flat surface 3a of the second substrate.
