PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pan tilt camera with small size and less consumption power. SOLUTION: The camera includes an image pickup device composed of a lens that optically images an object to be photographed, an optical conversion element that converts the image formed by the lens to electric signals, and a signal output section that sends out the optical video signal with a determined form from the optical conversion element to an external device. Furthermore, the camera includes a moving unit that allows the lens and the optical conversion element to be moved.
