PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a voltage generator capable of precisely generating voltage at a high speed. SOLUTION: In improvements in a voltage generator for generating voltage, this generator has a first voltage generation part for generating voltage; a second voltage generation part for generating voltage; an attenuator for attenuating the voltage of the second voltage generation part; and an adder for adding the output of the first voltage generation part to the output of the attenuator and outputting the result.
