PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle-of-rotation measuring method, which is simple and of high reliability and to provide a urianalysis method, the maintenance control of which is easy, without using consumables, such as sheets of paper or the like. SOLUTION: The angle-of-rotation measuring method calculates the angle of rotation, on the basis of a discrete measuring point. The urianalysis method inspects the existence of the abnormality of urine, by measuring the angle of rotation of light propagated in urine using the method.
