摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact measuring method of height with using laser light capable of obtaining a height of a measured object with high accuracy and at high speed. SOLUTION: In the measuring method, the laser light outputted from a laser oscillator 3 is emitted with reflecting the laser light by a rotatable mirror 2 to a stair shaped tool 1 whose spaces between steps are known, the reflected light from the tool 1 is received at a line sensor 4, and a quadratic equation representing the relations between a peak position of the reflected light from the tool 1 and a number of steps of the tool 1 is obtained at a microcomputer device 5, then, the laser light outputted from the oscillator 3 is emitted to the measured object with reflecting by the mirror 2, the reflected light from the object is received at the sensor 4, the peak point of the reflected light from the object at the device 5, so that the height of the object is obtained by substitution of the position from the object into the pre-obtained quadratic equation.
