PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen drainage re-utilizing system capable of separating efficiently dirty water into clean water and condensed dirty water by freezing the dirty water continuously. SOLUTION: The frozen drainage re-utilizing system is provided with an ice making device 3 into which the liquid phase in a condensed drainage tank 2 is supplied as a fluid to be frozen, a condensed drainage tank 2 arranged below the ice making device 3 to introduce dirty water from the outside of the system and frozen drainage from the ice making device 3, and an ice transferring means for transferring ice manufactured in the ice making device 3 into an ice storage tank 5. The ice transferring means is constituted of a screen member 4a and is supported between the ice making device 3 and the condensed drainage tank 2 so as to be inclined. As another ice transferring means, a belt conveyor equipped with a belt of mesh structure is arranged between the ice making device and the condensed drainage tank. Further, as the other ice transferring means, a movable receiving member is provided and the member is moved between the ice making device and the condensed drainage tank after finishing ice making to receive the manufactured ice. Thereafter, the ice can be transferred into the ice storage tank by moving the member into the ice storage tank and slanting the member further.
