PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of cooling a circulating fan motor and its peripheries upon heating operation. SOLUTION: A bathroom drying/heating apparatus rotates a ventilating fan for 30 minutes with a driving force of a ventilating fan motor when detection temperature by a suction temperature thermistor exceeds 47 deg.C C during heating operation (step S10), and then interrupts it for 30 minutes (step S70) after a ventilating fan is rotated for 30 minutes (step S40) with driving force of a ventilating fan motor. The operation is repeated until the heating operation is interrupted (steps S30, S60).
