PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide turn stopping structure at lower than the conventional cost preventing turning of an attached parts during fastening by a bolt to a bracket. SOLUTION: In the turn stopping structure preventing a clip 2 to be attached to a bracket 1 is turned with a bolt 3, while clamping the clip 2 to the bracket 1 by a bolt 3, a protruded step portion 6 is formed on the bracket 1 in the unitary form so that the clip 2 is positioned properly at the abutting portion, without turning the clip 2 with the bolt 3 in the clamping direction, while fastening the clip 2 by the bolt 3. By taking such an action, it becomes unnecessary to weld a stop member to the bracket 1 as in prior art, enabling avoidance of the rotation of the clip 2 on the bracket 1 during tightening process by bolt 3 to the bracket 1, having the protruded step portion 6 act as a co-turning preventing stopper formed by such means as stamping.
