PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene polymer film having excellent blocking resistance and heat-sealing characteristics, and particularly excellent printability and vapor deposition suitability, and to provide a propylene random copolymer suitable for manufacture of the propylene polymer film. SOLUTION: The propylene polymer film comprises (a) making a corona discharge treatment to a film comprising a propylene polymer having the ratio P being 0.05-1.50 mole % of a position irregularity unit based on 2,1-incorporation of propylene having neighboring methyl groups. The propylene random copolymer comprises propylene and ethylene, and (a) the ratio P of the position irregularity unit based on 2,1-incorporation of propylene having neighboring methyl groups being 0.15-0.65 mole %, (b) an ethylene content CE being 2.6-6.2 mole %, and (c) the ratio P of the position irregularity unit and the ethylene content CE satisfying the formula: 0.48<=P+0.058CE<=0.83.
