PURPOSE: A device and a method for the homepage management are provided to realize the convenience of the homepage management and a function of an electronic album by updating a homepage with the homepage update data and the data for an edit format editing the update data provided from a user through on-line or off-line. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of acquiring the data updating the homepage and transmitting the update data to a homepage management server if the edit format is selected(ST100-ST110), executing a process editing the update data by receiving the transmitted data and the data of the edit format from the homepage management server(ST120) and updating the homepage by transmitting the processed data to a homepage storing server storing the homepage(ST140).
