PURPOSE: A structure of a flexible tip for a spot welding machine is provided which prevents a base metal from being damaged by tips or conducted plate by flexibly moving end parts of the tips according to the surface condition of a panel(base metal) to be welded. CONSTITUTION: In a structure of a flexible tip(11) for a spot welding machine(10) comprising upper and lower tips(11a,11b) which are installed at both ends of the spot welding machine(10) so as to repeatedly perform pressurizing and conduct on a base metal, the structure of the flexible tip(11) for the spot welding machine(10) is characterized in that the upper part of the lower tip(11b) is separated and connected by a flexible ball(12) so that the ball(12) absorbs a curved or projected welding surface of the base metal(panel) to be welded.
