PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device efficiently removing a contaminant of an exhaust emission from a diesel engine with a simple structure. SOLUTION: An exhaust emission inducing port 10 and a purified gas discharging port 11 are installed in a device body 9 respectively, a filter layer 15 and moisture removing layer 16 are arranged in this series order between the exhaust emission inducing port 10 and the purified gas discharging port 11, many partitions 18 in which uncountable filter holes 17 are bored are arranged to form the filter layer 15, filtrate S is flown to each partition 18 from above to form oil film over each filter hole 17 so as to remove the contaminant contained in the exhaust emission through each oil film.
