<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and highly sensitive photoelectric field sensor device easily usable for industrial use. SOLUTION: This photoelectric field sensor device is provided with a light source 11 supplying optical power to a photoelectric conversion part 13, the photoelectric conversion part 13, a boosting circuit 14 increasing a voltage generated in the photoelectric conversion part, an amplifier 15 driven by an output from the boosting circuit 14 for amplifying a measured voltage, an optical modulator 17 modulating optical intensity according to the amplified measured voltage, a second light source 19 applying light with a fixed intensity to the optical modulator 17, and a light receiving apparatus 20 detecting light modulated by the light modulator 17.</p> |
