PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a state in which a deformation or a strain of a heat insulation case is generated by cooling with a cold storage agent or a commodity placed in a storage chamber is excessively cooled via an inner case. SOLUTION: A cooling storage cabinet comprises a heat insulation case 2 made by filling a heat insulator 6 between an outer case 4 and the inner case 5 having good thermal conductivity, a partition member 9 for vertically partitioning in the case 2, a storage chamber 11 formed at an upper side of the partition member, and a cooling chamber 10 formed at the lower side of the partition member and containing a cooler for cooling the agent. In this case, the inner case is divided at a side of the partition member, and a heat insulation connecting member 7 is provided at the divided part in the cabinet.
