PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition having resistance to saline solution spraying which enables bringing about an effect of preventing the lowering in the specular gloss of a silver mirror metal plated layer and an aluminum layer, and its coated product. SOLUTION: The coating composition having resistance to saline solution spraying comprises a film-forming component containing a resin and 0.01-30.0 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. coating resin solid content in the film-forming component, metal deactivator. Furthermore, it is preferred that the composition comprises at least one of a phosphite-based antioxidant and a dechlorination catching agent in addition to the metal deactivator.
