LUBRICATING METHOD, SUBSTRATE TREATMENT AGENT FOR LUBRICATION AND LUBRICANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating method which enables good lubrication between sliding surfaces that slide on each other at a high temperature by adhering a lubricant strongly on plate surfaces and also enables strong adhesion on the plate surfaces and to provide a substrate treatment agent for lubrication and a lubricant. SOLUTION: A substrate treatment agent comprises an aqueous liquid containing an inorganic aqueous adhesive, an inorganic powder and a solid lubricant. The substrate treatment agent is previously applied on each of two high-temperature sliding surfaces that slide on each other to form substrate films. A lubricant obtained by dispersing a graphite powder in an aqueous binder comprising an organic adhesive is applied on the substrate films. By doing this, the lubricant stays between the high-temperature sliding surfaces and lubrication of the sliding surfaces is maintained.
