PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a multistage compression type scroll fluid machine for preventing leakage of a high pressure compressed fluid from a rear stage compressing part to a front stage compressing part. SOLUTION: Spiral lap grooves 27 and 28 are formed on the fluid intake end side of an initial stage compressing part from the delivery port vicinity of the compressed fluid of the final stage compressing part, a land part 9a provided with a delivery port 2e arranged on the front stage compressing part side tail end and a suction port 2f for sucking the compressed fluid from the delivery port in the rear stage compressing part side is arranged between the final stage compressing part and the initial stage compressing part of the lap grooves, and a seal member 25 for preventing the leakage of the compressed fluid to the delivery port opening side of the front stage compressing part from the rear stage compressing part side is arranged on a land surface of the land part.
