PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure of a ventilating fan having a simple structure ventilatable even if the ventilating fan having small output is used. SOLUTION: Bilaterally symmetrical butterfly type shutter members 2 and 2 for dividing the inside of an exhaust passage 12a into two parts are arranged in the exhaust passage 12a downstream of the ventilating fan 1 so as to vertically cross the exhaust passage 12a, and are journalled by displacing upper end parts on both ends of respective shafts 2' and 2' being the rotational center of the shutter members 2 and 2 to the indoor side more than lower end parts, and opening time resistance is set smaller than the single plate-like shutters 2 and 2 so that the exhaust passage 12a of the ventilating fan at nonoperating time can be surely closed.
