PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a highly reliable rest result without damaging structure due to member loss. SOLUTION: A strike point P, on an extension line for connecting detection points Q1 and Q2 on a concrete surface 20, is struck to generate elastic waves; vibration is detected at the detection points Q1 and Q2; and at the same time, the detection time difference T is calculated and detected, speed V of the elastic wave is calculated, based on the time difference T and an interval L between the detection points Q1 and Q2, and compression speed fc of concrete is calculated and outputted based on the speed V.
