PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid concentration meter which will not generate leakage, the spouting or the like of a sample liquid, by which the concentration of a component to be measured can be measured precisely, even when air bubbles are contained in the sample liquid and which uses a spectroscopic analyzer. SOLUTION: In the liquid concentration meter which measures the concentration of the component to be measured, in the sample liquid inside a sample-liquid tank 1, the sample liquid is supplied to a sample cell 5 by the suction of an aspirator 7, high pressure is not applied to the sample cell 5 or a sample-liquid supply passage, and the leakage, the spouting or the like of the sample liquid is not generated. After the sample liquid has been introduced into the sample cell 5 by the aspirator 7, a first solenoid valve 3 is closed, and the operation of the aspirator 7 is stopped 0.5 s after that. At this time, negative pressure is temporarily generated inside the sample cell 5, and the air bubbles inside the sample cell 5 are discharged to the side of the aspirator 7, on the basis of fluctuating waves caused by the negative pressure and on the basis of the swelling of the air bubbles due to the negative pressure. After that, the concnetration of the component to be measured is measured precisely.
