PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold water machine of so-called main stop system in which a water dripping can be prevented by a simple structure and its reliability in operation can be improved, even in the case that a volume of a water layer in a water storing tank is expanded due to ice formation and an inner pressure at the air layer inside the water storing tank is increased. SOLUTION: There is provided a water feeding control method for a cold water machine in which a water feeding pipe 5 directly connected to a tap water plug is opened at a water storing tank 2, the other end of a water feeding pipe 7 having its extremity end applied as an injection port is opened near a bottom segment in the water storing tank 2, a water feeding valve 8 for controlling a water feeding to the injection port is arranged at the water feeding pipe 5, the water feeding pipe 7 inserted into the water storing tank 2 is provided with an air hole 20, the air hole 20 is closed by water and then a pressure of an air layer 21 in the water storing tank 2 is balanced with the tap water pressure and water feeding is stopped, and there is provided a water drain pipe 25 for discharging water in the water storing tank 2 when water in the water storing tank 2 is not used for a period longer than a specified period. There is provided a pressure valve 11 opened when an inner pressure of the water storing tank reaches a specified pressure at the midway part of the pipe arranged at the discharging side opened at the water storing tank.
