PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a leakage of noise to an outside part of equipment. SOLUTION: A cooling device A1 comprises a first cooling fan 1 for use in circulating air in the equipment, and a second cooling fan 2 for use in feeding or discharging air in the equipment. In the case that an increased temperature inside the equipment is detected by a temperature sensor 3, the second cooling fan 2 is rotationally driven although in the case that a relative low temperature is found, the second cooling fan 2 is stopped, and only the first cooling fan 1 is rotationally driven. In such a case as above, either a rotating sound or a whistling sound of the cooling fan is generated only inside the equipment, resulting in that a leakage of noise toward outside the equipment can be reduced.
