PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas burner which can take a high turn down ratio, even in the case of adopting an equalizing valve system as an air fuel ratio proportional control system in a gas burner which is used with low-pressure gas. SOLUTION: In a gas burner, which is equipped with an air fuel ratio proportional control means equipped with an air flow regulating means, air fuel ratio proportional control means 50a and 50b by air lines and fuel lines provided with the equalizing valve are installed in parallel downstream of a flow regulating valve 2 (air flow regulating means). Air having passed the flow regulating valve 2 is distributed and supplied to the air lines Aa and Ab of each air fuel ratio proportional control means. At low load, the supply of fuel gas to one air fuel ratio proportional control means 50b is interrupted by stopping the supply of air or the like.
