MULTIPLE OIL MIST LUBRICATION UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change each of the oil amounts discharged from multiple pumps to multiple lubrication objects using a multiple oil mist lubrication unit. SOLUTION: The multiple oil mist lubrication unit has a 2-port solenoid valve 2 that controls the direction of airflow in the downstream of filter/ regulator 1 and multiple oil mist generator members 3 that regulate the oil amounts discharged to the multiple lubrication objects. The oil mist generator members 3 are branched to the respective lubrication points and have oil mist generators 4 connected via air bypass adjusting screws 7 and pressure gauges 8 and fixed-amount discharge pump units 6 connected with air lines via small 3-port solenoid valves 5 so that the injection pumps 9 work at the necessary timing by the pulse outputs of the respective 3-port solenoid valves 5, pump oil (solution) from an oil reservoir, and discharge a fixed-amount of oil to the injection pumps 9 respectively.
